Training Curriculum overview

The entreprenesrhip4all training program will be structured around the 4 pillars:

  • Entrepreneurship Competence.
  • Digital Competence.
  • Financial Literacy. Please note that the Financial Literacy pillar will have a specific course for women.
  • Sustainability.

The training program will be delivered in the form of 6-week long and 3-day short, intense courses. In addition, group coaching and mentoring sessions will be driven by our experienced mentors and instructors.

The section below depicts the high-level structure of the Entrepreneurship4all curriculum.

Overview

Main Goal

The courses that the EntreComp pillar will develop will be based on the specific competences that the target groups are called to improve specifically related to the three macro areas of the framework:

• Ideas and opportunities
• Resources
• Into Action

Target groups

Depending whether they are would-be entrepreneurs, startuppers (started a
business for about 6 months) or expert entrepreneurs (run a business for about 2
years) they belong to the Target group (T):

T1 – Beginner level
T2 – Intermediate level
T3 – Proficient level

The e-courses

  • The 6 online courses are based on the 3 micro areas of the EntreComp (Ideas & opportunities – Resources – Into Action) and respective competences
  • The 6 courses will be connected to the 3 micro areas for 3 target groups
    (T1, T2 and T3)
  • Each target group will have access to a 6week in-depth course and a 3day intensive course

The overall goal of all courses is to:

  • build up a consistent entrepreneurial mindset
  • explore, experiment, dare, improve and reinforce their entrepreneurial competences
  • gain independence and take responsibility for the success of their business idea and enterprise by acting upon opportunities and ideas to create value for others and transform ideas into action with increasing
    levels of impact

Overview

Main Goal

The courses that the Financial Literacy pillar will develop will be based on the key financial competencies the target groups need to successfully navigate through their entrepreneurial journey. Learners will explore the following topics:

• Use and choice of financial services
• Financial and business management and planning
• Risk and insurance

– Would be/startup entrepreneurs
– Matching LEVEL 1 basic/informal & LEVEL 2 starting up/becoming formal

T2
– Expert/existing entrepreneurs
– Matching LEVEL 3 growing & LEVEL 4 closing

T3

Overview

Main Goal

The sustainability pillar provides access to high-quality learning material and courses for developing critical entrepreneurial competencies in favour of sustainability, agile and green entrepreneurship. The training courses cover 5 main topics:

1. How can you make your business more sustainable?
2.Sustainable finances
3.Entrepreneurship and green technology
4.Entrepreneurship and the SDGs
5. Sustainability and systems, values and futures thinking

Target groups

Depending on their current knowledge level about the sustainability and entrepreneurship, three target-audiences (T) have been defined:

T1 – Beginner level
T2 – Intermediate level
T3 -Advanced level

The courses

  • The 6 online courses are based on the sustainability competences, as analyzed in the GreenComp framework, focused on the sustainable entrepreneurship.
  • The 6 courses are connected with the 3 target groups (T1, T2 and T3).

The overall goal of all courses is to:

  • Develop “green” entrepreneurship competences to European enterprises, in order to lead the sustainability transition.
  • Transfer of good practices, applications and achievements of sustainable enterprises to existing and would-be entrepreneurs.
  • Support the incorporation of sustainability in existing and future enterprises.
  • Equip existing and would-be “green” entrepreneurs with innovative
    planning methods and tools.

Overview

Main Goal

Pillar 4, related to digital competences can be characterized by a direct approach since the training on digital competences will in fact involve the use of digital tools, solutions and techniques. It is also necessary to address different topics, thus Pillar 4 covers competences across different areas of the DigComp 2.2. Framework: Professional Engagement, Digital Skills, Teaching and Learning,
Assessment, Empowering Learners and Facilitating Learners’ Digital Competences.

Target groups

Pillar 4 is for SME managers, entrepreneurs at SMEs, beginner entrepreneurs, would-be entrepreneurs, educators of adults (andragogs) and any other adults interested in upskilling on digital competences.

Depending on their level of digital competences (knowledge, skills and attitude) they belong to the Target group (T):

T1 – Beginner level
T2 – Intermediate level
T3 – Advanced level

Competences 6, 7 and 8 are additional ones to the DigComp 2.2. Framework.
The DigComp 2.2. Framework is built of those listed above Competences 1-5.

Learning objectives

  • increase the awareness of digital competences in trainees demonstrating different competence levels, from beginners to advanced digital solution
    practitioners;
  • upskill on transversal digital competences to be practised in work context, but also in other daily environments;
  • develop competences for driving SME staff towards the introduction of
    initiatives encompassing digital aspects to outperform SMEs providing
    more attractive service, support or solutions for their audience;
  • increase information and digital competences in trainees;
  • increase communication and collaboration skills of participants;
  • equip with the responsibility and autonomy to create digital content;
  • equip trainees with problem-solving competences;
  • increase the knowledge and skills regarding safety in digital environments;
  • provide the know-how on cloud computing fundamentals for practice;
  • increase the knowledge abd awareness on IoT and AI for entrepreneurship.
