Short Description: In the era of rapid technological advancement, the need for digital readiness and resilience has become more critical than ever. The Skills-Up project addresses this by fostering digital transformation through skill development, employability, and open learning.

Module 1: Language Skills & Digital Skills – Gender Language Skills and Digital Tools
Module 2: Linguistic Framework in Digital Skills – Improving digital and linguistic competence
Module 3: Learning digital tools focused on programming
Module 4: Social Networking Services – LinkedIn and the professional world

Context of Creation:
Circumstances and Purpose: Developed under Erasmus+ to enhance adult digital and language skills.
Contributors: Partners from 4+ countries, with over 150 participants in dissemination events.
Audience: Adults and trainers aiming to boost digital and language competencies.
Goals:
– Improve digital/language skills
– Enhance employability
– Promote open/distance learning

– Online training for trainers
– “You-Yes!” learning platform
Tools Used: Online platforms and interactive learning methods.
