Resource platform designed to provide information, guidance and training to support small businesses to make meaningful changes to improve women’s health in the workplace. The content incorporates a range of self directed learning options including documents, downloadable materials, video content, podcasts, and links to other resources or to gather further information.

Context: 
The platform content is based upon the findings and recommendations of the Women’s Health Strategy published in 2022 by the UK Government which called for greater access to women’s health support in the workplace to improve recruitment, retention, and full participation of women at work. All content has been created with the support of expert contributors from the medical, legal, and business communities, and is intended to support small businesses as well as third sector organisations.
